KO Food Truck

Our truck is more than a place to grab a meal. It is a place to try out our new dishes created by Kenny Oakley’s Texas background. Kenny has been in the restaurant industry since he was 12 years old beginning as a bus boy in a local Mexican restaurant in Amarillo, TX. His background includes Tex-Mex, Italian, and BBQ.

We bring great food to locations all over the Greater Charlotte area and can be found in the counties throughout the region. Our calendar below shows our scheduled stops but be sure to follow our social media for surprise visits!

Blanco Nachos

Tri-colored tortilla chip, house-made white cheese sauce, ground beef or chicken, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and house-made salsa.

Brisket Tacos

Smoked chopped brisket, brisket relish, grilled peppers and onions, chipotle dressing.

Shrimp Tacos

Grilled garlic Shrimp, lime-cilantro Cole slaw, adobo crema sauce.

Blanco Nachos

Corn bread, grilled chicken, grilled peppers and onions, shredded cheese, crumbled tri-colored tortilla chips, jalapeño crema.

Chicken Tacos

Seasoned chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, house-made salsa.

Pork Tacos

Smoked pork butt, lime cilantro cole slaw, Sweet Carolina BBQ sauce.
